How to delete your account

Doyo is operated by JAB Studios LLC. You can delete your Doyo account directly in the Doyo app.

1. Open the Doyo app.
2. Go to your account settings.
3. Choose the option to delete your account.
4. Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app.

What happens after deletion

When you delete your account in the app, your account is scheduled for deletion and your associated account data is deleted after 30 days.

Some information may be retained where necessary for legal, safety, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or compliance reasons.

Messages you previously sent may remain visible to other participants in the conversation, but they are no longer associated with an active Doyo account.
